A straight forward, keeping it real, biography of an ex-inmate as it is being told to a prison psychiatrist. It gives insight into his life as a child living too fast and becoming addicted to being in the streets and everything the streets have to offer. At a young age, he is experiencing activity that most adults never think of doing. He is very hardheaded and does not listen to his parents. He has no need financially to be in the streets and shares a home with room to spare and does not lack food or clothing. Yet, he is drawn to the streets with all its excitement and the fast money he can make, and does not consider the consequences. Volume One has it all, sex, money, and drugs, but at such young age. Parents can learn what to not take for granted in their "children" and young folks can learn not to make the same mistakes as the author. It is written in mature language for mature readers.
