She serves as a Board Member for Pray Motion and Advisory Board Member at Zschool, both in the USA. Yewande encourages ages 9-18 to engage in STEM careers. She was awarded a prize from the British Pharmacological Society for the best education poster presented in Scotland at Pharmacology 2019, which has inspired her to make the subject anesthetic pharmacology easy to understand.
