establishing the most defining criteria of obligation, exploring the realizations of the speech acts of obligation in UNs' texts from CRC text, finding the most pragmatic strategies used to express
obligation in UNs' texts of CRC, detecting the most syntactic forms used to express obligation in legal documents such as CRC, and investigating those variables affecting the final realization of
legal verbs
