Open the door to high-end lawyers

This book is written primarily for legal professionals who want to enter international law firms (or foreign law firms) or the legal departments of multinational corporations. To write such a book is the result of many conversations I had with Mr. Ken Zeng, the book's planning editor. Mr. Zeng and I have known each other for many years, and we get along very well. Tsang and I talked about an idea he had, that he wanted to publish books that would be helpful to young lawyers entering the bar and growing in the profession. Because we are in an environment where law school graduates, and many other novices who want to get into the bar, face a very painful journey up the ladder. He hoped that those like us who are already in the profession would be able to offer some help and guidance to those who come after us. His idea touched me because I myself had experienced that kind of confusion and frustration. His idea is becoming a reality step by step, and this is the "New Lawyer" series that we see now.
