In 2018, I started writing about my gambling addiction, how I admitted all and dealing with the consequences. Writing helped me to deal with how I was feeling inside. How I was feeling mentally and I how started to recover. This short book is the blog wrote from 2018 to 2021. It talks about the gambling addiction, why I started to gamble, my hiding from my mental health, where I started to seek help and everything in between
