David N. Campbell is a retired professor of history and philosophy with a Ph.D from the University of Illinois. He has published over 100 books, essays, reviews and articles. In another life he was a jazz musician, a Darwin impersonator, has traveled all over the world, lived in London and now in Pittsburgh.
