L. Steve Williams, Jr is an Native American artist based in New Orleans, LA. His creative career grew largely out of his ability to express the emotion in the Punk, SKA, hardcore and hard rock scenes of the mid-1990s to the present. His posters are known for provoking humor and irony, with the subject matter frequently using the band as inspiration. The majority of LSW art is done in acrylic paints, pencil, pen and ink & screen printing. Along with his clothing line 504 What Style where he displays his art and make recognizable eye catching designs for screen printing, embroidery, books, promotional items and brand identifies. His work is well known to album cover art, concert flyer art and t-shirt art. He has produced artwork for musicians such as Lucero, New Bomb Turks, Suplecs, Second Hand, Fatter Than Albert, Terranova, King Louie, Norco Lapalco and many others.
