Alan Sarsby has enjoyed over forty years in varied careers, initially in electronic engineering, and IT strategy. Then in customer service and business change. He has developed and implemented novel approaches to enterprise design and change leadership. In 2001, he established is own company specialising in training services. He is a conference speaker and non-fiction author. 
Alan has many years’ experience as a leadership trainer in blue-chip organisations. He is an expert in project leadership including the many associated tools including the ability to influence and update stakeholders through effective presentation techniques.
