Benjamin Franklin had his first poem published in his schools' newpaper at age twelve. That motivated the youngster to persue what he loved to do--write. Over the years writing as Chi-Town Ben and Ben Franklin he has self-published several novels, self-help, and financial books. His persuit of his dream to become a published author was highlighted in 2010 when the nations largest publisher signed Franklin to a seven-year writing contract. That year his novel Vengeance Served Cold showcased his writing skills as never before.
