Çiğdem y Mirol is a Turkish author living in Belgium. Writing the theoretical construction and the creative practices of bookperformance. Her first bookperformance is called Yüzüm Kitap and was published in 2012 in Turkey (see the image below please). Yüzüm Kitap is in English after 18 months it came out in Turkish (as you see on the left side of this page). Mirol has done many bookperformances with Yüzüm Kitap (ISBN : 9786054623112) on air, online, and at real spaces such as theatres, university libraries, in the context of festivals, book fairs, in Turkey, in Europe and in the USA. Now she is on her way for her bookperformances in English, as well. She has her witnesses in so many languages!
