A heart attack in 2003 forced a final retirement on Robert Morrison. After 12 years of military, 50 years as a ship's master, 26 years as a teacher of math, holding 2 degrees in that subject and 20 years as a businessman he turned to the safety of writing. He has written and published 72 books as of 2016. Obviously some of these careers ran concurrently. Now in his 80's, he still looks forward to more writing.
