Terry Paul is a Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership recipient, awarded by the Chartered Management Institute. Throughout his career, he has built up over 20 years of managerial and leadership skills, and experience. Terry has many strings to his bow, including writing. His primary goal, however, is to empower people by inspiring and developing them to achieve the best for themselves. He has worked with a range of organisations across a variety of industries including government, healthcare and media. He sees himself as a student of good leadership who is constantly working on his own personal development. As someone who has grown up in different cultures, he feels uniquely qualified to give different perspectives on life.
