With this book, I edge to inspire pilots to become better, smatter, safer. This is my passion; this is my Why. To quote Simon Sinek; “Everyone knows What they do. Most people know How they do it, but very few people know Why they do what they do”. Leaders and professionals can only truly inspire others when their WHY is clear. My passion is aviation and flying. It is very hard to verbalize because it is a feeling. I teach, study and practice aviation because it gives me fulfillment and purpose. It gives me endless motivation to keep improving my skills and it encourages me to inspire those around me.
