My poems describing Amsterdam and the obscure characters from the 90s: sexual perverts, bimbo's, illegal immigrants, white trash, serial killers, high society snobs, beggars, 'toilet ladies', abused prostitutes, ignorant tourists... and myself, in all of them. Not just describing stuff but serving the very entrails of the city on a golden platter. Still warm and steaming. Still very, very alive and relevant. My poems written like libretti for an opera, poems performed over and over again in smoky Amsterdam cafes to the background music of drugs and alcohol abuse.
