Jean-Claude Boulet was born in 1954 on the shore of the beautiful and impressive Baie des Ha! Ha! along the magnificent Saguenay River. A graduate in génagogie from U.Q. Trois-Rivières, he holds another B.A. degree (psychology, communications and industrial relations) from U. Laval and studied other aspects of management at U.Q. Chicoutimi. He now works as a purchaser. He first came in contact with horses while planning a manpower training program in 1984. After his second outdoor ride, he was due for short and long trail rides, vacations with horses, some driving, lessons in dressage, jumping, western riding and farriery, at different locations and with different people. During the years 1986 to 1988 he attended clinics in Centered Riding with Peggy Cummings and Sally Swift, during which he was also introduced to T.T.E.A.M. Work. Sharp Venture (Yellowknife x Venture Gal by Galophone), a very sensitive and spirited horse, then became his teacher.
