I have been collecting studio pottery in the UK since the 1970s and now have well over 300 individual pieces by a wide range of potters. I have also collected British and North American rag rugs for over 20 years as part of my business making and selling rag rugs. I have worked both as an archaeologist and in museums so my collections have been carefully catalogued over the years. I am learning all the time and I hope that my work will help new collectors with their own collections.
