When, in 1977, Mike Turbitt started out on his lifetime in Martial Arts, he never imagined he would one day turn his passion into his profession. After completing an Engineering apprenticeship, Mike moved into the world of sales, and then into business ownership, building a Recruitment company turning over £5 Million and employing over 300 people. In 2006, after 20 years of business ownership, Mike sold his Recruitment Company, and set about, using his business experience and traditional Karate background, to create a dynamic, vibrant martial arts experience; ready to attract, retain and motivate 21st Century students.
