I am a seventy fiveyear old housewife who started writing poetry and short stories when I received my first computer in my sixties. Many of my poems and stories are for children,these I have illustrated. The rest are observations of everyday life, Some are funny, some sad and many I hope are inspirational. One of my books is a compilation of short stories and poems written by me and two of my forum friends which we put together to try and raise some money from the sales for the Diabetic Society. All my grandchildren love my stories and poems and I hope other children will too. My two latest books are Aspects of Life and Facets of life. I chose the favourite poems from the over a thousand poems I have written over the years and put them into these two books. I wanted to have all I have written in print to pass on to my family when I have gone.
