I am an avid blogger, writer, and speaker! I have always been somewhat of a social butterfly and through the challenges of life~ I was inspired to share my story with you! Life is full of ups and downs, and through my faith, I have gotten through each day. Do not look back, look ahead! I love Iowa, love being an Iowa farm girl and appreciate the fact that my parents planted my feet in Iowa! I love the fact that God has blessed me with an awesome family and a support system that many are not fortunate to have. Through my writing, I hope you will become inspired~ remember, you can choose to be better or bitter! Better is by far the best choice! Being Bootstrapped in Iowa is a privilege, and I'm happy to have placed my teenage son's feet in Iowa, as well. There's nothing like a nice, summer evening listening to the tall corn grow!
