Remi-Armand Collaris (right) is a consultant at Ordina, based in The Netherlands. He has worked for a number of financial, insurance and semi-government institutions. In recent years his focus shifted from Project management to coaching organizations in adopting Agile using Scrum, XP and RUP. He is a gifted speaker who knows how to inspire people. Eef Dekker (left) is an analyst at bol.com, a rapidly expanding Dutch online (book)store. He has coached many organizations in implementing RUP in an agile way. Furthermore he gives presentations and workshops on Agile, RUP, Use Case Modeling and software estimation with Use Case Points. Together they wrote a successful Dutch book on the Agile application of RUP, Scrum and PRINCE2 called RUP op Maat, which translates to Tailored RUP. The third revised edition was published in 2011. It is used by a number of Dutch companies as a basis for their software development process. Major Dutch colleges use it as part of professional IT-training.
