Diana Elise Skrapari was born in Albania.She lives since 1996 in France and she has the double citizenship,albanian and french.She is a law graduate from University Paris 2 Assas-Panthéon and she has a Master Degree in International Studies from University Paris3 Sorbonne Nouvelle.She speaks fluently seven languages :french,albanian,english,italian, spanish ,portugese and turkish.She has an intermediate level in german and dutch and basic knowledge in russian,esperanto, chinese and azeri.
