I am a communications student and writer with an interest in literary fiction, as well as locally focused fiction in general--whether it's someone from Winnipeg writing about Winnipeg, or someone from Kentucky writing about Kentucky--this was something I wanted to look at further with Wolf In Devil's Clothing, in the context of a black comedy/semi-crime novel. I've been writing on and off since I was a teenager, and have already written one novel before, which has yet to be published--and probably never will be. I know when early attempts at writing are salvageable and when they aren't, and this just plan wasn't. I obtained my degree in Politics at the University of Winnipeg before attending Red River College. When I was younger I was the last person on earth who I thought would actually self publish--I guess ego was part of that decision. Of course, that was something I was eventually ready to get rid of.
