I, Human

Before I started this book I did not know where it would start and where it would end. I am writing this to make clear to myself and in that – to others – how entrapped we are in this life and world. I will also write some things which were helpful understanding in my process, the way others showed me, and in that I could help myself with it. This book I write in the first place to make things clear for myself, and in that, make it clear for others who will see themselves in it. Ill share all my experiences in this book with self honesty. It is a powerful “tool” for us all to realise who we really are. To see yourself in all your depth, to be honest about all your aspects. In this book are the basic guides on how to stop the abuse in this world, by stopping to participate in the mind. This book is a bridge for me towards life and see who I, and We, truly are.
