A Toxic Work Environment

This book recounts the real-life experience of a NYC-based flight attendant for American Airlines. During Flight 45(Paris to New York), Antony Daniels was subjected to 7.5 hours of bullying, by a group of flight attendants aboard this afternoon flight. After the plane landed at Terminal 8 of JFK Airport, the situation quickly escalated. The situation changed from being bullied by fellow flight attendants to being bullied by members of American Airlines Management.
