I was always looking for a book that could give me some useful tips on managing a successful team. The problem was the books in stores were mainly pitched at the CEO level and whilst insightful - they rarely covered the hands on tips that a manager/ leader would find useful. The biggest challenge as a leader is dealing with difficuilt staff.
