Staten Island, New York thought it could rest its mind with Jackal sitting in Grim Asylum, an island sitting eight miles way in the center of the ocean, surrounded by a fifty foot fence with what media called endless security, until he managed an escape two months later. Xavier, hoping he could finally spend time with is girlfriend of six months knows he must once again don his costume and save the city he promised to protect from Jackal’s fateful clutches.
