The Genesis Twist Synopsis: A biotech company has developed a genetically modified corn that will flourish in desert regions. This new strain could bring prosperity to the famine-prone regions of the world and generate billions of dollars in profits. Greedy corporate officers and a corrupt government bureaucrat conspire to plant the corn prior to final testing and USDA approvals, hoping to shut out the competition and drive up the price of their stock. But the corn mutates and produces a crop containing a strange substance that turns docile animals into deadly killers and can restore the telepathic and telekinetic powers that mankind possessed in his distant past.
