THE SETTLEMENT is a new television comedy series about the dysfunctional world of an apartment complex community. Primarily set in the office, this hilarious comedy focuses on the staff of an apartment complex, and the regular residents who reside there. The staff includes: Jimmy, the assistant manager, Scotty, your friendly maintenance man, Karen, the loud and controlling manager with a hidden heart of gold, and Barry, the manager of the local competing property across the street. Included with a colorful cast of local residents, and other employees, THE SETTLEMENT is a modern day THREE'S COMPANY meets THE OFFICE.
