A plant-based re-set in the warmer months calls for lightly cooked or raw, fresh, whole foods with texture and high fibre for results. We will focus on seasonal foods that hydrate, are full of antioxidants and flavor. To reduce cooking, many of our recipes involve raw or lightly cooked ingredients, and many ingredients are repeated in more than one recipe for meal planning purposes. All recipes serve 1 or 2. Feel free to adjust the recipes to suit your servings.
