This book reflects some of the lessons learned in the life of a mother who was once an child , athlete and now coach. Using poetry to express life through one persecptive, this book hopes to help with the healing of others that may feel lost at times . As she talks to her children about her life , she hopes to connect with others to help others understand that they are not alone when trying to figure out ones purpose in life .
