Changes

Having just graduated high school, Skye Sinclair is now faced with an uncertain future. Angry and troubled, she doesn’t know where to turn. When mysterious drifter Ben Kincaid arrives in town, Skye is initially put off by him, but then finds herself being drawn to the handsome musician, who is also deeply troubled as he is haunted by a traumatic incident from his past. Thrown together on numerous occasions, Skye and Ben become closer, especially as Skye helps Ben deal with his problems. Ben has more difficulty helping Skye, whose problems are much deeper than he had thought. In fact, loving Skye turns out to be harder than anything Ben had ever had to endure. As Skye suffers through one hardship after another, Ben hopes his love is enough to convince her that not all is lost—and that they could have a future together if she would let go of her insecurities and not be afraid to love him.
