This is a collection of recipes based on natural, whole food products...and a dedication to my Mum and all of the years of baking we did (and will hopefully continue to do!). It includes MANY decadent desserts and cakes (all of which are based on "real" food - no artificial additives or sweeteners are used in any recipe)....but there is the odd low-fat or low-sugar treat in there too!
