MIME WAVE

A true and modern tale of Black and White Power. Charlie X (art activist Neil Goodwin) likes to dress up as a right Charlie and get up to all sorts of mischief at the Palace of Westminster - goofing about with the tourists, defying the law, and getting busted for silent protest. Inspired by the actual words of Charlie Chaplin, set against the backdrop of the war in Iraq, this strange and unique crusade through the corridors of power seeks to add a bit of 'Tickle' to the British Government's increasingly paranoid 'Slap'.
