This tragedy driven by fear continues to be the tragedy of our modern world. The research book presented here explores our modern tragedies under imperial policies, imposed by a dying system aiming to maintain empires that have no right to exist and exist only at a huge cost in human lives that society is sacrificed for. The research book probes a variety of modern issues of this type. The book was written mostly during the 1990s. It is Volume 1B of the series, Discovering Infinity, created over the span of 15 years beginning in the late-1980s.
