Sanguinary Assemblages

Where prior works concentrated deeply on decentralizing the viewer with opposed materials and suppositions this group of Sanguinary Assemblages is blind to an audience. They are composed of an odd amalgamation of my objects of fascination which I have found to repeat incessantly over years of making. The reoccurring themes of my work have fused and been released on paper for later synthesis. My natural tendency is to use symbolic forms of the Gothic, imbuing the inanimate with emotion, the allure of violence, the drive towards death, and the return to the primordial.
