This is a collection of meditations I wrote and posted on social media. Many people told me they found them relatable. They were all crafted during a one-year span of time in which I underwent a tremendous trial. In general, the reflections follow a standard theme I live by: to be present in the moments of life and to express gratitude for even the smallest of miracles. My hope is that my experiences will inspire you, and lead you to recognize and document the beauty and power that exists in your daily life.
