In this new Novella, by William Abbott, Cora Dobbs is a forensic anthropologist teaching at a small Southern college and the one called when a murder takes place. Though she is a woman of the South, she is no shrinking violet and appears to be as tough as any man. Her coarseness tends to irritate people and that gets her into lots of trouble but Cora always knows the facts when it comes to murder.
