Robert Waldo Brunelle JR is a 7th generation Vermonter. He is a painter, book illustrator, art educator and political cartoonist. His cartoon strip MR. BRUNELLE EXPLAINS IT ALL appears monthly in the FUNNY TIMES, and weekly on the website of the HUMOR TIMES.
