Hello, everyone! My name is Michael Ivasko, I am a writer from Ukraine, from the atmospheric city of Lviv. It’s been tough here for the past two years because of russia, very tough. Just so you understand, even this author’s page on lulu.com I’m filling out in hiding because today (15.02.2024) my city is being shelled by russian rockets (yes, intentionally lowercase). But it’s okay, we Ukrainians hold on and encourage each other! Here we are - even trying to publish books! From lulu.com, I am publishing a book that, although not directly, also relates to this war. It’s about the history that russia seeks to steal from Ukraine. I don’t want that to happen! This is already my third book, the two previous ones I published with Ukrainian publishers. It was a great experience, but now I want to try something else and have full control over all the book publishing processes. And this is possible with luludotcom even while being in a country ravaged by war, can you imagine? Bravo! 👏 And although it’s a book in Ukrainian, I would be glad if it were bought by people who don’t speak Ukrainian, just to support me or have a nice souvenir!
