A clear and concise book on Judo Kata, it's written well and gives great advice to anyone learning Naga no Kata and Katame no Kata. Brian has a clear understanding of these Kata's and this book is ideal for all higher grades, and with advice from their senior instructors it will give good grounding in Kata. The person who wrote the earlier review obviously has issues, and apart from the fact that he can't honestly identify himself, his comments can't be taken with any credulity.

Absolute load of Rubbish, this Brian Bagot hasent got the first idea of what judo is, having met him he is even worse on the mat, he is a total liability. he demonstrates his throws with no understanding of the principles of judo and should not have released this book as it shows incorrect posture, stance, balance and an understanding of the basic technique.
