  First of all the author, Daniel Markham, is a friend, so I undoubtedly have a bias even though I actually bought the book. Secondly, I've never worked in a real Scrum/Agile environment and haven't read too much about these management techniques, so you'd be unwise to put too much stock in the opinions of a beginner on the content of the book. The ePub format available through LuLu.com works very well. With the FireFox web browser, I use the ePubReader add-in. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/epubreader/ There is a nice collection of information on available ePub readers here, including mobile readers: http://www.jedisaber.com/eBooks/Readers.shtml Though Scrum/Agile has it's own set of topic specific jargon, Daniel does a great job of presenting things in a way that won't turn off readers. If you already know the terms, great, you won't be bored with reading yet another definition. On the other hand, if you're new and don't know the terms, they are used clearly enough for... More > you to learn their meanings. Daniel's style of presentation is quick, clear, and concise. If you've suddenly been tasked with being a ScrumMaster, this book is the perfect way to get up to speed quickly. You can learn all the basics, and many of the common problems to watch out for in just an evening of reading. The steps are easy to follow, and you can also use the book again later as a solid reference.< Less

  Concise guide to get your Agile/Scrum team started and avoid some of the pitfalls. In the thinking of Scrum, it's too the point so you can get to work.
