For a thousand years the sacred Oracle of Delphi advised kings and warriors throughout the classical world. Silenced by Roman legions in 393 A.D., the divine prophet passed into legend, fated never to speak again. But did the priests of Delphi record a final message, a secret so powerful it lay buried in a hidden vault for over a millennium? Archaeologists Catherine and Steven Gordon dig up another ancient mystery as they race from one exotic location to another, chased by a ruthless killer whose destiny may have been foretold by the god Apollo himself!

"Intriguing mystery...ancient and modern" Fans of The da Vinci Code should probably read this. An ancient mystery - what happened to the famous oracle of Delphi, Greece - is wrapped up in modern intrigue and crime in Rome, Italy. The heroes are two archaeologists, who must use their wits and their ability to dig up the solution to the whole puzzling affair before they are bumped off by a seriously wicked villain. Great dialog and exotic locations, and some exciting action sequences really make this a page turner...and tough to put down!
"The Final Oracle" Mr. Molitor has written an exciting novel that is packed full of adventure, mystery, and a good dose of humor. The Gordons are fun to follow as they find themselves caught in a web of intrigue in modern day Rome and Greece, struggling to unravel the mystery of an ancient scroll. The antagonists are multi-dimensional and multi-generational. I enjoyed the way Molitor brings the historical events alive and connects them to present-day. Murder, mayhem and a satisfying ending make The Final Oracle a page-turner and a worthy read. I recommend it!
