A big 80-page collection of artist Mike Hoffman's daring foray into the void of his Intuitive Graffiti Art! A great reference volume for Graffiti artists, and Primitive/Tribal/Paleo and Tattoo artists.

Easy to look at, awesome non-representational drawing and sketches. My first impression is that I can see this as a teaching tool. There are no words throughout the whole book, so naturally one would have to generate a lesson through the shapes. As it is abstraction, it could be described in numerous ways, strengthening students artistic vocabulary. The interpretation of Intuitive Art is completely subjective, and would make a strong teaching point. Images are well scanned, and play with black/white quite well. Each page is crisp with new ideas, and would be a great tool for inspiration. Some symbols are large and thought out where others are just sketches and shape/line. Very interesting drawings though there is a sense of incompleteness. Again, I feel this would be great addition to teaching lessons involving art theory.
