3rd International Business Servitization Conference

The International Business Servitization (IBS) Conference celebrated its 3rd edition on 13-14 November 2014 at Deusto University in Bilbao (Basque Country, Spain). Organized by Orkestra-Basque Institute of Competitiveness and backed by the Deusto Business School, some 75 researchers, practitioners and policy makers gathered to present and discuss contemporary trends and phenomena in the realm of servitization. The 3rd edition had as overarching theme: “Servitization and advanced business services as levers for competitiveness”, and the day-and-a-half programme attracted participants from across the globe (European member states, North America, Oceania).
