"Excellent Book" This book does a really good job at teaching you a practical approach on how to use it in your sports-it's not a theory book and it's an easy read for all ages
"A+++ Great for all ages and an interesting, easy read!" As quickly as I read the first paragraph, I new I'd find the entire book a terrific guide to positive thinking, and great advice on how to reach your goals. Even though this focuses on sports, I found it extremely useful in applying this way of thinking with day to day life. Great insight, a helpful tool and the author does a fantastic job capturing your interest. I highly recommend to read this book.
