MASTERS' PLAN Jack Masters is a man who can get things done. The hyper-wealthy industrialist authors a "hundred year plan" that will reinvigorate the United States' global competitiveness. But his effort to reinvent the country's productive capabilities inadvertently exposes the nation to the threat of a devastating attack. Center City, Masters' vision, becomes a focal point for the masses and a source of newfound national pride. It is an exciting time to be an American. But all is not well. Bartholomew Hart, the egomaniacal Ohio senator, sees Jack Masters' popular project as a threat to his presidential ambitions. He will stop at nothing to make sure that the dream of Center City is never realized. Masters and his team must react quickly and with precision to foil the plot.
