This volume contains abstracts from the Rising Sun Sexton’s Records, 1858-1940. Many of the entries are for gravestones that no longer exist or graves that were never marked. The sexton’s records contain burials in Rising Sun Old Cemetery, including Scranton’s Addition, James Jones’ Addition, and Gilmore’s Addition; Cedar Hedge Cemetery; Potter’s Field; and German Cemetery.
