"Great Book!" This book should be required reading for anyone who develops training classes and needs to develop the accompanying manual. It is highly readable and the topics are concise and easy to employ in one’s training materials. The approach outlined in this book will help many workshop presenters and trainers receive the highest possible rating on that ever-important end of the course "evaluation form" the attendees fill out.
