Brandy Brimhall has been working in medical billing, coding & collections as well as other administrative areas of Chiropractic practices since 1999. She has also worked in Medical Billing companies and practice management companies over these years. It was almost immediately after beginning to work in her first practice that she discovered her love for coding, billing, collections in the medical world. This love put her on a search for greater understanding and education which has resulted in two certifications, one as a Certified Professional Coder and the other as a Certified Medical Compliance Officer. Over the years in working in and with practices, handling billing, coding and collections, Brandy recognizes the needs and detail that practices and billing entities must have in order to reduce errors, properly handle both insurance billing and patient billing as well as how to clearly communicate with patients to avoid confusion and misunderstandings.
