Dr. Adwoa Akhu is a New York State licensed Clinical Psychologist who has been proudly providing quality, caring, and comprehensive psychological services for over twenty years. She specializes in assisting domestic violence survivors in healing and rebuilding their lives. Dr. Akhu has a private practice and provides workshops and professional trainings on domestic violence and related issues. She has served as the President of the New York Association of Black Psychologist and on the Executive Board of the Association of Black Psychologists.
